Barclays Greener than you think
Following the five highly successful Barclays “Let’s Talk … Green Business” pilots run this spring/early summer, it was interesting to note the motivations for businesses considering ‘going green’.
Out of a sample survey of nearly 100 attendees (around 475 people actually attended), it seems that people are really concerned with 2 key areas, an overall interest in saving the planet and CSR, followed by making savings by reducing energy costs and access more business opportunities.
