"My sessions with Kiki have taught me the importance of taking time out each day to reflect on what I have achieved and what I would do differently next time. My sessions with Kiki could not have been at a more appropriate time, as Banking was going through the most turbulent period ever, and a company restructure meant my previous role no longer existed. Kiki helped me in setting ground rules, acknowledging with the team the year they have had, and thanking them for their loyalty and patience, yet still getting my new teams buy-in in setting team values and our vision and the right culture.
