My trainings are informed by 20 years’ experience of ‘WHAT WORKS’ as:
- an established OD, policy & management consultant, facilitator and traine
- my professional experience, including as an non exec director and public speaker
- an experienced and qualified level 7 Senior Practitioner in professional coach-mentoring
- a licensed NLP Master Business Practitioner, supporting a wide range of people to meet their performance goals in work, business, sports and life.
My training methodologies are very participative, fast-paced, and engaging. As an experienced facilitator I make use of humour, practical examples, stories and dialogue, all of which help participants engage their deeper intellectual and emotional processes so that their learning is better integrated and deliver longer-lasting results.
